During the holy month in the Islamic calender known as Ramadan, Berjaya Waterfront Johor Bahru invites you with your family and friends to partake in the celebrations. Due to the overwhelming response they received last year, this year we will berbuka puasa in style and grandeur which will be held at the Grand Ballroom, Level 6 with a ‘Warisan Sajian Ibunda’ theme setting and with rustic wooden stalls, an enormous grilling station and a whole lamb on a spit roast, the entire kampung experience is made complete with a some performances on stage to entertain diners.
Signature dishes – Soup Gear Box and Kambing Golek with other 200 varieties of mouth-watering authentic local dishes such as kerabu ulam kampung, otak-otak, sate, daging bakar, ikan sumbat, gulai ayam kampung, lemang, ketupat and many more.
Lively melodies of malay traditional music will be performed like Ghazal, Zapin and Kuda Kepang throughout the Ramadan month.
